Cocktail Sauce

Cocktail Sauce is a dipping sauce most commonly used with seafood. In it simplest form cocktail sauce is made with ketchup and horseradish.

Variations

  1. United Kingdom, Iceland, and Belgium: Mix Mayonnaise into the ketchup.
  2. Belgium: Adds a dash of whisky
  3. Hot sauces like Tabasco Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce, or Crystal can be used for added heat.
