Just minutes from Myrtle Beach, Coastal Carolina University is a 307 acre campus with 53 main buildings. Due to its coastal location, the university offers a popular wetland studies program as part of their Coastal Science Center and a 1,000 acre pristine barrier island that provides a natural laboratory for marine science study.
