• In the Beginning

  In 1960 Miles and Lillian Cahn wanted to expand their small wholesale bag company into a retail collection. After two years of waiting for designer Bonnie Cashin to become available, they began their endeavor and officially created a line called Coach. Cashin changed the way handbags were created by using colors such as pink, orange, and yellow and blending Belgian linen. This was extremely exciting to the company since the original colors were black and brown. Once the design popularity grew, Cashin created matching wallets and cosmetic bags to add to the collection along with a new kind of fastener known as a brass toggle.

• Lifetime Warranty

  When you purchase a Coach bag you are entitled to a lifetime warranty for repairs. It doesn't matter how the bag was damaged, they will fix it. In order to repair your bag you must send the bag to Coach and pay a $20 fee for shipping and handling. An evaluator will examine the bag and if the bag cannot be repaired, Coach will send you either new bag or a credit towards the purchase of a bag.
