Clive Owen is an award winning English actor. Initially his fame was confined to the United Kingdom, as his roles were on television movies. Hollywood began to take notice of him and he landed roles in films such as Gosford Park, The Bourne Identity and King Arthur.

Owen began to hit his stride with American audiences with starring roles in Closer (which earned him a Golden Globe Award and an Oscar nod) and Sin City, the 2005 big screen adaptation of the Frank Miller graphic novel, that included an all star cast of Bruce Willis, Benicio Del Toro and Jessica Alba.
