Clint Hurdle most recently served as the manager of the Colorado Rockies. Hurdle became the first Rockies manager to coach the team to a National League Pennant in 2007.

Playing Careeer
The Kansas City Royals selected Hurdle in the first round of the 1975 amateur draft. In 10 seasons with the Royals, Cincinnati Reds, New York Mets and St. Louis Cardinals, Hurdle hit a .259 batting average, with 32 homeruns and 193 runs batted in.Baseball-Reference: Clint Hurdle
2007 World Series
In 2007, Hurdle led the Rockies to the franchise's first ever World Series appearance. Although the Rockies were swept by the Boston Red Sox in the World Series, Hurdle will manage the National League team in the 2008 MLB All-Star Game.
