"Client 9" is the alias of an Emperors Club client implicated in the FBI wiretap investigation of the prostitution ring. It was eventually confirmed that Client 9 is former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer.

- Arranged for an Emperors Club girl to take Amtrak to Washington for a visit
- The agency charged $4,100 for "Kristen" to visit
- The meeting took place in Room 871 of a Washington hotel
