Team Highlights
The Cavaliers entered the NBA in 1970 as an expansion franchise. They made their first post season appearance in 1976, losing the conference finals to the Boston Celtics. They also won their first central division championship that season. They returned to the conference finals in 1992, falling to the Chicago Bulls in six games.
