French actress and model Clémence Poésy portrays Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Though Delacour continues to appear in Potter novels, Poesy has said she will not reprise her role in future movies. She also appeared in the 2008 film In Bruges, which opened the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.
Along with actress Chloe Sevigny and model Anja Rubik, she will be the new face of Chloe Perfume.

I think Clemence is perfect for the role of Fleur. Veela's are beyond human beauty, but I think she comes pretty close! And her accent is cute.
