  • Clay Aiken is an American pop singer, activist, stage actor and UNICEF ambassador. He came in second place on season 2 of American Idol, losing out to Ruben Studdard on the season finale. He released his newest album, On My Way Here on May 6, 2008.

    Clay Aiken was a contestant on the second season of the reality television show American Idol. On May 21, 2003, Aiken and fellow contestant Ruben Studdard battled it out for first place. Studdard won the title of American Idol by 134,000 votes. Since appearing on the show, Aiken has released 4 studio albums and one extended play and has guest appeared on a number of talk shows.
