Rockefeller was found guilty of custodial kidnapping and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on June 12, 2009. Initially, an Amber Alert had been issued for the missing girl but was soon called off. Since his arrest, Rockefeller has been implicated in another crime, under a different name.
