Originally encorporated in 1964 as Carl Karcher Enterprises, Inc., CKE Restaurants is the publicly owed parent company of the Carl's Jr., Hardee's, Green Burrito, and Red Burrito Restaurant chains. Please check back often as more information becomes available for CKE Restaurants.

CKE Restaurants is one of the largest restaurant holding companies in the United States. It owns or franchises over 3,000 restaurants across the country. Carl's Jr. has over 1,100 locations throughout the Northwest and Southwest United States. Hardee's has over 1,900 locations from the Midwest to the East coast.
