Cinnabon is a pastry and beverage shop that is based primarily in the United States and Canada. The first Cinnabon bakery was opened in 1985 at Sea Tac Mall in Seattle, Washington. Since the first store opened, the company has grown to have more than 600 individual bakeries worldwide. One of the unique features of a Cinnabon cinnamon roll is the Makara cinnamon, which is obtained from Indonesia and then carefully processed.
