Pictures of Cindy Crawford's daughter bound to a chair and gagged are the center of an alleged extortion plot by a German man named Edis Kayalar. Kayalar was charged November 12, 2009 with trying to extort $100,000 from Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber.http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/33895840/ns/entertainment-celebrities/
The photo of the girl, who was then 7 years old, was believed to be taken by the couple's ex-nanny and shows the girl bound to a chair wearing shorts and a T-shirt. According to an affidavit filed in the case, the daughter said the nanny took the picture as part of a "cops and robbers" game.
