Cibo Matto

  • Cibo Matto was a band which based in New York City which was formed in 1994 and broke up in 2001. Originally composed of two immigrant Japan musicians, they eventually recruited three other musicians. Their music was notoriously difficult to classify, mixing together a slew of different styles including jazz, hip-hop, and pop.
