History
At the August, 2006, Foo Camp hackers' conference, 100 developers were provided with an early version of the Chumby for testing. Their feedback was instrumental in further developing the gadget, whose squeezable casing can be programmed to recognize the user's gestures. Chumby's first public released was in February, 2008. -
