Early Life

In 1999, Atkins signed with the Orlando Magic. In his first season, he appeared in 82 games and averaged 9.5 points per game. Atkins has played for several franchises throughout his career including: the Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Lakers, Washington Wizards, Memphis Grizzlies and Denver Nuggets.
