Palumbo got his start in WCW back in 1998 in a tag-team with Sean O'Haire. In 2002, Palumbo formed a tag team with Billy Gunn. They then changed their names, going simply as the team of Billy and Chuck. The two began exhibiting traits of homosexuality and affection between each other.
