Former MLB baseball player Chuck Knoblauch was accused of choking and hitting his wife Stacey Stelmach at their home in Houston on Friday, September 25, 2009. Knoblauch was charged with assault on a family member.
In court on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, Stelmach's attorney said that at the time of the incident, she was trying to take Knoblauch's keys away because he was intoxicated.
