Chuck Graham is a Democratic Party Missouri state senator, representing the 19th district. He had served the senate for four years before running for re-election in 2008. Graham was in the news in September 2008 after Joe Biden asked the paraplegic, wheelchair-bound Graham to stand up during a campaign speech.
