Christopher Plummer

Canadian-born actor Christopher Plummer has been in over 100 films during the span of his career, which has so far lasted over half a century. Christopher Plummer has been nominated for an Oscar in 2010 for The Last Station in the Best Supporting Actor category.

He has also won multiple awards for his theater work. He starred opposite Julie Andrews as Captain Von Trapp in the popular musical film The Sound of Music.

Christopher Plummer began his stage career in Montreal, but soon moved on to perform in New York City, London and Paris.
