Christopher Krueger is the Senior Assistant Attorney General of California. In 2008, Krueger represented the State of California in opposing same-sex marriage laws before the California Supreme Court.
Conflict over Job
After the California Supreme Court ruled 4-3 to strike down the state's ban on gay marriages, Krueger asked the Court to prevent any delays in beginning the process of allowing gay marriages. Krueger later told reporters that his wife wanted him to lose the case and co-workers of his congratulated him on the non-victory.
