Kelly is president and owner of BCI Roofing and CGK Consulting. In 2007 he was charged with failing to report $1.3 million in winnings from illegal gambling to the IRS. Charges against Christopher Kelly
The indictment alleges that between 2000 and 2006, Kelly wagered millions of dollars with an illegal bookmaking operation. During that period, Kelly was Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich's emissary to the Illinois Gaming Board.
