• Baked Sausage Scramble Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 2 Tbsps margarine

• Baked Sausage Scramble Recipe

  Preheat your oven to 250 degrees and grease a two quart casserole dish. Melt the margarine in a pan and saute the onions until tender and translucent. Beat the eggs and add in the half & half and sausage. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the onions and mix together. Cook over medium heat until set and spoon into the prepared casserole dish. Coat the mixture with the soup and bake uncovered for 30 minutes in a 250 degree oven. Add cheddar cheese evenly to the top of the egg mixture and continue baking for 10-15 minutes.Moms Who Think: Sausage Breakfast Casseroles
