Christine is an adaptation of Stephen King's novel of the same name. The film is about a supernatural automobile that changes the life of her owner, a nerdy teenager. It was directed by John Carpenter.

Christine is a 1958 Plymouth Fury that is purchased by shy nerd Arnie Cunningham. The car begins to change Arnie's personality, and eventually reveals itself to be a supernatural being able to regenerate and think for itself. The car eventually leads Arnie on a brutal course of revenge against the jocks who have terrorized them.
