Chris Sinclair is a 49-year-old man from Tracy, California, who was arrested on March 30, 2009 for interfering with officers as they searched his mobile home trailer. He was cited and released. Sandra Cantu is an eight-year-old girl who disappeared from her home in a mobile home park in Tracy, California about 4:00 pm on March 27, 2009. The police have not yet called her disappearance an abduction, although they have served several search warrants on the homes and automobiles of neighbors. Chris Sinclair is one of three people who are known to have been questioned by officials in reference to the disappearance of Sandra Cantu. Sinclair's home was searched on March 30, 2009, and he was briefly arrested for interfering with officers.
