• Canadian professional hockey player Chris Neil plays for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League. A tough, gritty player, Fisher hits hard and never backs down from a fight. Since joining the Senators in 2001, Fisher has racked up the most penalty minutes among his teammates every season.

• NHL Career

  Neil was drafted by the Senators during the sixth round of the 1998 NHL entry draft and joined the team as a full time player for the 2001-2002 season. He earned 17 points and 231 penalty minutes in his rookie year. During the 2005-2006 season, Neil earned a career high of 33 points and signed a $3.3 million three-year contract extension with the Senators during the off-season. The following season, he was the top hitter in the league.
