Chris Martin

Chris Martin is the lead singer of the English rock band Coldplay known for his falsetto vocal style and deep, personal lyrics.

Martin married actress Gwyneth Paltrow on December 5, 2003. The couple's daughter, Apple Blythe Alison Martin, was born May 14, 2004. Their son, Moses Bruce Anthony Martin, was born April 8, 2006.

Apart from music, Martin has also been involved in charity work for Oxfam's Make Trade Fair campaign and was a vocal critic of the the Bush administration and the war in Iraq.
