  • Comedian Chris Farley is remembered for his over-the-top persona. He was a cast member on Saturday Night Live and appeared in movies such as Billy Madison and Tommy Boy before his untimely death from a drug overdose in 1997. A book about his life, The Chris Farley Show is set to be published on May 6, 2008.

    Farley played several notable characters on SNL and was considered one of the "Bad Boys of SNL", working alongside David Spade, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider. Some of his most notable characters included a visibly obese Farley auditioning to be a Chippendale's dancer opposite Patrick Swayze, a member of the "Super Fans" who love "Da Bulls" and "Da Bears", and Matt Foley, a motivational speaker who "lives in a van down by the river."
