Professional football Pro Bowl receiver Chris Chambers plays for the San Diego Chargers in the National Football League. Chambers sprained his ankle on October 5, 2008, and missed several games recovering. Football Career
Chambers began his career playing college football with the Wisconsin Badgers. He helped the Badgers win the Rose Bowl and the Big Ten championship twice. Following college, Chambers was drafted 52nd overall in the 2001 NFL draft by the Miami Dolphins. He made his NFL debut with the Dolphins that year, playing in all 16 games and recording 883 yards for seven touchdowns. Chambers had his statistically best season in 2005, scoring 12 touchdowns and totaling 1,118 receiving yards. His play earned him his first selection to play in the Pro Bowl.
