Chris Bosh is an all-star center for the Miami Heat in the National Basketball Association. From 2003 to 2010, Bosh played for the Toronto Raptors.

Signs With the Miami Heat
On July 7, 2010, Bosh announced that he would sign a contract to play for the Miami Heat. The move would allow Bosh to play alongside his good friend, Dwyane Wade, who was also a free agent at the time. Later the same week, the reigning NBA Most Valuable Player, LeBron James, announced that he would also be joining the two to play for the Heat. After making his decision to leave Toronto, Bosh was called out by Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo, who claimed that Bosh was a "quitter". Early Life
Christopher Wesson Bosh was born in Dallas, Texas, on March 24, 1984. He attended high school at Lincoln in Texas and continued his education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He played one season with the Yellow Jackets basketball team before declaring himself eligible for the NBA draft. Pro Career
In his first season with the Raptors, Bosh averaged 11.5 points and 7.4 rebounds in 75 games. He was named to his first All-Star team in 2006. In 2007 Bosh once again made the NBA All-Star Game as a reserve as he averaged 22.6 points and 10.7 rebounds. In 2008 Bosh continued his dominating play averaging 22.3 points and 8.7 rebounds and earning another reserve spot on the NBA All-Star team.
Once again in 2009 Bosh made the NBA All Star Game for his fourth time as he averaged 22.7 points and 10 rebounds. At the end of the season, he became a free agent and elected to sign with the Miami Heat.
