Chop Suey is a Chinese American dish consisting of small pieces of meat, chicken or shrimp and stir-fried with celery, onions, bean sprouts, mushrooms and other vegetables of choice and served over white rice.

Quick and Easy Recipe and Directions
- In a Wok add a small amount of cooking oil, turn heat to medium high.
- Add meat, chicken or shrimp and stir-fried until cooked. (can use one or all)
- Add celery, onions, bean sprouts, mushrooms and other vegetables or ingredients of choice. (anything goes)
- Stir frequently.
- Add a small amount of cornstarch for thickening.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Splash with soy sauce.
- Serve over white rice and top with crunchy noodles.
