Chip Saltsman

Chip Saltsman is a Tennessee Republican who sent a controversial 41-track political satire CD to RNC members as a Christmas gift. The CD, titled We Hate the USA, includes a track called "Barack the Magic Negro", a satire about President-elect Barack Obama set to the tune of the song "Puff the Magic Dragon".
