    6. 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
    7. 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    8. 4 teaspoons salt
    9. 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    10. 1 tablespoon butter
    11. 1 clove garlic, minced
    12. 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

    16. 1 cup heavy cream
    17. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Directions

In a large bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, two teaspoons of cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, ginger, and four teaspoons of salt. Slowly stir in the chicken and let marinate for an hour in refrigeration. Preheat grill or skillet and lightly oil. Place chicken pieces on skewers and discard marinade. Grill chicken for about five minutes on each side. Take a separate skillet and melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and the jalapeno pepper and then season with the remaining cumin, paprika, and salt. Stir in the tomato sauce and cream and simmer on low until the sauce thickens. Allow to cook for about 20 minutes. Add chicken and let simmer for another ten minutes and then serve. Use cilantro for garnish. - recipe from AllRecipes.com
