Chic Fila is not the holy place it was mad out to be worked there for an unfortunate year where the owner,was not about the good foundations chic fila was based on. He hired a guy whom worked there for maybe a week or two and the employees found out he was a sex offender. At this time i was pretty upeset b/c I was 15, the owner also was told from an employee that he had seen two of his managers having oral sex in the owner's office and the owner allowed them to still work there. He also had me taken the schedule because one of these same managers got mad because i had refused to do any work before I clocked in. This and a handful of other problems erupted and I also seemed to be the scape goat for even the two managers having sex in his office and I almost was fired for that and I worked there after this incident. I was fired because I could not come in and close because I had recently returned to school and had over looked my work. Due to these circumstances I have no more faith in the chic fila system, the only word that comes to mind is corrupt .
