The Chevrolet Malibu is a mid size car that was first introduced in 1964. The original model of the Chevrolet Malibu, the Chevrolet Chevelle, remains one of the most popular American cars in history.
Available in four-door sedan bodystyle only, the Chevrolet Malibu was completely redesigned for the 2008 model year. A Hybrid version is available.

Reviews
- "Apart from the somewhat controversial but distinctive nose, the Malibu sports clean, classy lines, with tight panel gaps and just enough chrome trim to impart a high-end appearance. The downsides to the Malibu are minor and few. Although the interior boasts an upscale design and solid build quality, there are still a few cheap plastic pieces here and there. And though OnStar offers a "Turn-by-Turn" navigation feature, there is no traditional nav system available."

- "The Chevrolet Malibu has all the size, room, features, and conveniences a middle-of-the-market sedan needs to be competitive, and the fits and finishes inside and out are world-class. Chevrolet has indeed built a car we can't ignore."
— JB car pages: 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Review
- "Chevy has taken Malibu from the realm of rental fleet darling to a must-see Best Buy in this highly competitive segment. This midsize sedan stands out for its refined powertrains, smart interior design, and value pricing. We especially like the smooth, quiet 4-cylinder engine and frugal Hybrid. Considering a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry? Be sure to add Malibu to your test-drive list."
