Cheryl Hines is an American actress, comedian and producer who worked as Rob Reiner's personal assistant. Hines performed improv comedy at The Groundlings Theater, where she studied with Friends alum Lisa Kudrow.

Hines co-stars opposite Megan Mullally, Jessica St. Clair and Horatio Sanz in the 2009 ABC sitcom, In the Motherhood.
