Chefs vs. City is a reality show on the Food Network. It premiered on August 7, 2009, and airs every Friday night at 10:00 p.m. EST. In each of the challenges, the chefs are required to complete a task unique to the city in which the competition is held, such as cooking a signature dish at a popular restaurant or eating a specific food. The successful completion of each challenge reveals a clue to where the next challenge takes place. At the end of the five challenges, the team that runs across the finish line first wins.
