Cheese Heroin is a mild, but addictive form of Heroin. Cheese Heroin is Mexican black tar heroin, mixed with over the counter sleep medication and finely crushed. The drug is snorted or sniffed, and is cheap in comparison to regular heroin. Cheese Heroin is only one to three percent pure heroin, and the effects wear off rather quickly.
