Cheese Balls

Cheese Balls are made from a variety of cheeses rolled into a ball then used as a spread for crackers, bread, cured meats or vegetables. Cheeseballs may be sweet accompanied with fruits, cookies and graham crackers.

Cheese balls are popular at parties, served with raw vegetables and crackers. They are great for cocktail parties and popular around the winter holiday season.

A Cheese ball is made with ingredients of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, nuts, bell peppers, salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper, onions, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Other cheese balls may include bleu cheese, sherry, pineapple, olives, or smoked salmon. Ingredients are only limited by your imagination.

Wine goes very well with cheeseballs. April the 17th is National Cheese Ball Day.
