Cheat Engine
Cheat Engine is a memory scanner/hex editor/debugger created by Dark Byte (aka Eric Heijnen) for the Windows operating system. Cheat Engine is used for cheating in computer games and gaining an unfair advantage. What the Cheat Engine does is searches for values input by the user with a wide variety of options that allow the user to find and sort through the memory database. Common Cheat Engines are used for Farmville Cheat Engine Tutorial, Cafe World Cheat Engine 5.5 and Design Farmville. Game developers generally do not support the use of software like Cheat Engine, and you may be banned from certain games like Farmville if you're caught using it.
Cheat Engine 5.6 was released on January 31, 2010. Some of the changes in this version include the removal of stealthmode, an increase in pointerscanner speed, new kernelcode debugger and a change in the hotkey handler to be more controllable.http://www.cheatengine.org/
Fixes in this latest 5.6 version of the software include getting rid of the bug that prevented removing an assigned hotkey to a cheat table, a fix in the floating point panel so that it now shows the floating point values and several user interface changes for high dpi systems. http://www.cheatengine.org/
