The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men's basketball team plays college basketball in the Southern Conference of the NCAA.
The Mocs earned a bid to play in the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament by winning the Southern Conference Tournament. The Mocs were placed as the 16th seed in the West Region bracket, where they were defeated by the UConn Huskies in the first round.
