Charmed was a television drama series featuring the Halliwell sisters,who were all witches. The show ran on the now defunct WB network and was produced by Aaron Spelling. The title tied into the story as these three sisters were known as the most powerful witches or "The Charmed Ones". Each character possessed unique magical abilities that they used to fight evil. Together they fought evil forces like warlocks and demons. The show was based in San Francisco, California and part of a series of super natural based shows on the WB like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Roswell. Even after losing one of its major stars (Shannen Doherty) after season 3, it went on to run for 5 more seasons ending on May 21, 2006. In the final episode, the sisters face the ultimate evil. The series finale titled Forever Charmed received 4.49 million views, a high for the final season.
