• Actor Charlie Sheen's first major role was in Oliver Stone's Platoon. He went on to star in comedies such as Hot Shots! and Major League. In 2000, he replaced Michael J. Fox on the sitcom Spin City which led to his most successful role to date, playing a fictionalized version of his womanizing persona on the show Two and a Half Men.

    Sheen and his wife, Brooke Mueller, welcomed twin boys, Bob and Max, on March 14, 2009.     Two and a Half Men tells the story of a confirmed bachelor "Charlie" (played by Sheen) who lets his uptight brother (played by Jon Cryer) move in with him after a divorce. Cryer's character brings his son along and Charlie unexpectedly becomes a role model for both of them.
