A Charlie Brown Christmas stars everyone's favorite Peanuts characters as they explore the meaning of Christmas. Yet to receive a single Christmas card, Charlie Brown becomes depressed as the holiday approaches and seeks advice from the Peanuts Gang's would-be psychologist Lucy van Pelt. She suggests Charlie Brown volunteer to produce the school Christmas play, which he attempts with typically middling results. In the end the gang comes together to help make sure the play and the holiday season overall come together just fine.
