On April 17, 2009, singer and founding member of The Eagles, Don Henley, sued DeVore for using two of his songs without permission in YouTube campaign videos. In one of the videos, DeVore allegedly changes the lyrics from "All She Wants To Do Is Dance" to "All She Wants To Do Is Tax, in reference to Sen. Boxer.
