Formerly called the Tangerine Bowl, the 2009 Champs Sports Bowl was held on December 29, 2009. The #25 Wisconsin Badgers returned for their second-consecutive appearance as the Big Ten Conference representative, defeating the #15 Miami Hurricanes of the Atlantic Coast Conference 20-14.
