Cheese carver and winemaker Troy Landwehr specializes in carving sculptures out of blocks of cheddar cheese.
In a time-lapse video posted to YouTube by the Showtime network, Landwehr carves a 1200-pound block of cheddar into a replica of the Statue of Liberty. The video was intended to advertise the Showtime original series, Tracey Ullman's State of the Union.
