The Investigation
The investigation into the charges against Chad Stafford was conducted by the FBI, in conjunction with state and local officials. The investigation took a bizarre turn in 2006 when police discovered a nude Barbie doll in Stafford's motel room. The doll was nude, submerged in water with it's neck, hands and feet tied. Investigators also found pictures of child mannequins downloaded onto his work computer as well. Stafford plead guilty in 2007 to downloading child pornography of children as young as four years old.FBI: Morehead Man Sentenced 151 Months... (May 11, 2009)
