Bridgeport, Ohio Police Chief Chad Dojack was arraigned on July 31, 2009 on three felony charges related to a suspected conspiracy to break in and steal items from the home of Martins Ferry, Ohio resident Michelle Ross. Ross acted as a surrogate for celebrity couple Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker and gave birth to the couple's twins on June 22, 2009.

Dojack is accused of conspiracy and complicity in fellow Ohio Police Chief Barry Carpenter's scheme to remove items identifying Ross as the surrogate for the celebrity couple from Ross' house.
