Chace Crawford is an American film and television actor who started his career in the mid-2000s. He has appeared in several films including The Covenant and The Haunting of Molly Hartley and currently appears on the television series Gossip Girl as Nate Archibald.

Crawford's first movie role was in the 2006 made-for-television movie Long Lost Son. Shortly after that, he appeared in the horror flick The Covenant. His breakthrough role came in 2007, when he was given a lead role in the hit CW television series Gossip Girl as character Nate Archibald.

In Touch Weekly reported in February 2009 that Crawford may have an over-eager suitor in actress Lindsay Lohan. Lohan, who has long been rumored to be enamored with Crawford, reportedly ambushed an uninterested Crawford at Harvey Weinstein's Oscar party at the Andaz hotel in West Hollywood.
